My contributions
Design system contributor. Along with the content design team, I helped propose guidelines for cancel states and full-screen errors, a tone and voice matrix, and messaging architecture.
The results
Improved consistency and quality of content across platforms. The tone and voice matrix helped streamline content and minimize friction during critical journeys — an offer at just the right moment saved 20,000 users from unsubscribing.
